I have just started my latest university photo activity which involves taking photos of a build environment or architectural location.  I'm just hoping this is considered one of those. 

Lovely Autumn Day

We had a spectacular day on the Gold Coast for the Labour Monday.  I spent the day at home but I couldn't resist a  photo of the lovely sunset.

A university friend of mine Dani Brown and I are doing a Photography unit together.  Dani is very keen to become a professional photographer while I am keen to acquire enough photography knowledge to enable me to take photos for the feature stories that I eventually intend to write.

Dani was very kind to alert me to a photo competition where the prize is a Canon EOS 1100.  An entry level DSLR camera that I would give my eye teeth to own.  I love friends who go out of their way to share the good stuff.  Thanks Dani xxxxx

One more shot of THAT bridge

I came across this photo of that bridge and decided I like it as well.  This one was taken at the first glimmer of morning light ie 5.40am and I like that it is a crisper shot than the night time one.

Morning Shots

I almost froze  hehehe, I got some very strange looks while I was leaning on a garbage bin (that had been emptied thankfully) in the dark pre dawn getting these shots.  I think it was worth the pain.
